Citizen Kane

Last summer I visited the Hearst Castle and learned about William Hearst so I find it very interesting to see a movie based on him. This movie in my opinion incorporates all of the basics of a great film, however I disagree agree with the statement that this is the greatest film of all time, because there are a few parts that I feel as if they drag on for too long. On the other hand I find the way the movie switches between the views of different characters to be very well done.

All Quiet On The Western Front

Personally I find it difficult to watch movies that are so outdated. Perhaps for its time this is a very good movie but being that I'm used to watching more modern films it's I find it tough to appreciate.
